Last weekend, Man United lost to Brighton, and Aaron Wan-Bissaka made a cameo appearance in the contest.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka of Manchester United has been sidelined for’several weeks’ following an injury suffered against Brighton
Due to illness in the week coming up to the game, Wan-Bissaka was named on the bench for Brighton’s visit to Old Trafford on Saturday afternoon. He was, however, removed from the bench in the 85th minute.
The right-back suffered an injury in the dying moments, and he will likely be out for a few weeks.
Wan-Bissaka will no longer be available for Wednesday’s Champions League encounter against Bayern Munich, and the club has acknowledged that additional testing will be necessary to determine how long he will be out injured.
After regaining his starting spot last term, Wan-Bissaka has started each league game up until the weekend.
Wan-Bissaka joins players like Tom Heaton, Raphael Varane, Mason Mount, Soyfan Amrabat, and Kobbie Mainoo who are now struggling with injuries. Erik ten Hag is currently coping with an injury crisis in his team.
After the Brighton loss, Ten Hag stated an anonymous player would be up for consideration to join the traveling group.
When asked if any players could come back, Ten Hag replied, “Maybe, maybe one player.” But I feel that Munich is a little too brief. The players will return the week after I arrive in Burnley.
We must do well there since Bayern Munich is one of the favorites to win the Champions League, and as I already mentioned, we absolutely need character, belief, resilience, and drive.
