In preparation for the match against Brighton, Manchester United trains with ten young players.

On Saturday afternoon, Man United will host Brighton & Hove Albion at Old Trafford to kick off the Premier League season.

In preparation for Saturday’s Premier League match at Old Trafford against Brighton & Hove Albion, a group of Manchester United youth players have been working out with the first-team group.

The Reds will be aiming to get going quickly and resume their campaign with the most points possible after an eventful international break. Prior to the break, United had dropped two of its first four games, including their most recent contest at the Emirates Stadium where they were defeated 3-1 by Arsenal.

Jadon Sancho’s future at the club has been the topic of much discussion over the most recent break. The Manchester Evening News knows that the winger is willing to leave the team in January after United confirmed on Thursday that he is now training separately from the first-team squad.

Due to Antony’s present absence, the high-flying Seagulls, who have won three of their first four games this season, will have competition for at least one attacking spot. Many believe Facundo Pellistri might get his first Premier League start and be given the assignment of playing on the right.

Erik ten Hag’s reunion with his international team at Carrington was made official in training photos shared by United on Friday morning. During the most recent international season, numerous members of his team took off in airplanes to connect with their national teams in various parts of the world.

A lorry load of young players, such as Dan Gore and Hannibal Mejbri, joined the likes of Christian Eriksen, Bruno Fernandes, who put on an amazing performance in Portugal’s record-breaking 9-0 triumph over Luxembourg on Monday night, and Marcus Rashford. Throughout his tenure, Ten Hag has frequently asked the club’s Under-18s and Under-21s to train with the first-team group.

Young people who were verified to have appeared in the United photos from Thursday’s session included James Nolan, Ethan Williams, Willy Kambwala, Sonny Aljofree, Maxi Oyedele, Shola Shoretire, Omari Forson, Mateo Mejia, Hannibal, and Gore.

Many of the club’s younger teams have participated in preseason games in some manner, and Ten Hag has not shied away from allowing them to train with United’s senior stars. But the Dutchman has shown that he will only hire the best young players on a full-time basis for his team.
