Jadon Sancho takes down a social media post criticizing Erik ten Hag, the manager of Manchester United.
Erik ten Hag was attacked by Jadon Sancho in a shocking social media post that has since been removed.
During the first international break of the season, an astonishing argument between Sancho and Manchester United boss Ten Hag gained attention when the forward was left out of the matchday squad against Arsenal. Ten Hag attributed his choice to Sancho’s poor training efforts, in his opinion.
In a later-deleted comment posted on X (formerly Twitter), the 23-year-old responded immediately. Ten Hag was said to have maintained his position on his first remarks, and the former Borussia Dortmund player was scheduled to return to Carrington on Monday afternoon for talks with the boss about his future.
When he does his subsequent pre-game press conference, Ten Hag is anticipated to officially address that saga. On Saturday at 3 p.m., United will open its campaign against Brighton, and the Dutchman is scheduled to address the day before.
