Kobbie Mainoo hints to a Manchester United injury comeback.

Kobbie Mainoo, a young player for Man United, had a great preseason cut short by an ankle injury sustained during the team’s loss to Real Madrid.

Kobbie Mainoo has hinted that his return from injury for Manchester United might be imminent.

During United’s preseason tour in the US, the kid sustained an ankle injury. Mainoo earned a starting spot in midfield against Real Madrid at the NRG Stadium in Texas after making an impression in each of the senior team’s first three preseason games.

He would only play against the La Liga heavyweights for a little over five minutes before being injured and being replaced by Christian Eriksen. When he left, Jude Bellingham’s opening goal had put United in a 1-0 hole.

After the game, the 18-year-old posted an update to Instagram with the caption, “I’ll be back stronger and in no time. Thank you for your encouraging messages.

In response to a remark posed on social media by club captain Bruno Fernandes, Mainoo recently asserted that his return to action will be “not too long.”

He has now hinted at providing a new update on his development. The young person posted a photo of himself online wearing a Manchester United jersey along with a clock emoji, indicating that he would return soon.

Before United’s August trip to Tottenham, Erik ten Hag was questioned about Mainoo’s development. The United manager stated, “Not at this time available, but I think he will be available in two months, for winter is approaching he will without a doubt have his games.”

After Mason Mount joined Mainoo in the treatment room on deadline day, United successfully signed midfielder Sofyan Amrabat on a loan.
