Jadon Sancho would be kicked off the team under Sir Alex Ferguson, according to former Manchester United goalkeeper Ben Foster, because of his outburst on social media.
After coach Erik ten Hag stated that Sancho’s exclusion from the team was due to his performance in training, Sancho resorted to social media to complain that he had been made the “scapegoat” for the situation. Foster claimed that if renowned Red Devils coach Ferguson was still in charge, his prospects of rejoining the team would be completely eliminated for such behavior.
Jadon Sancho “will never see the light of day again for Man Utd,” he declared on The United Stand if Alex Ferguson is the manager of Manchester United at the time. He won’t ever play for this team, and he won’t ever be let on the practice field. You’re finished, buddy.
“I understand when [former players] say they would do the same thing. That’s fantastic, and you are allowed to do that if you want to, but it won’t help you,” he continued. It has turned into a tremendous storm of news and is petulant, reactionary, emotional, and rude.
“Everyone is curious about Sancho; what’s going on? Ten Hag: What’s the deal? Has he forgotten the changing area? How were this week’s practice sessions for Sancho? Sancho claims that he has put in a lot of effort throughout training. That is excellent; at the very least, you should be putting in a lot of effort.
Sancho, who had made three substitute appearances this year before being benched for Sunday’s 3-1 loss to Arsenal, might face consequences from United for his actions.
The Red Devils’ following game is against Brighton on September 16. If Sancho will play for the team is not yet known.
